After-hours service and support is working well at EQM if evidenced by our quick response to an email and phone call to our after-hours line at 6.05am on a Saturday morning.
A fruit company based south of Auckland was all set for a full weekend of production when a part on its machinery broke down as they were about to start work.
Faced with reduced production and sending staff home, they launched into rescue mode and contacted EQM.
We had the part they needed and then Anthony booked an air courier to get it to Auckland. He dropped it off the Hawke’s Bay Airport to catch the 10.30am flight and it was in Auckland by 11.30 am and they were back up and running early afternoon.
EQM offers a quick response service support called EQM Rescue.
The service is available 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday-Friday via the EQM office and then via our after-hours number outside of these hours – 0800 147 847
