EQM is extending an added value service to all is customers that helps speed up the installation of replacement equipment.
EQM’s Tim Bloxham says an equipment tagging process has streamlined the equipment ordering and installation processes by matching the ordered part or item of equipment at the end source.
“It makes things much faster for our client to match up the equipment. We print a label which is attached to the equipment that’s been ordered and they just match them at their end,” he says.
“It been really effective, so we thought we would open this up to other clients. There’s no cost, it’s just a further example of our customer service.
