EQM has appointed Phillip Bayliss as our new role of projects and stores coordinator.
Phillip is a fully trained marine engineer and has gained sound knowledge as a factory/shift engineer across a wide variety of industries. His most recent role was with Compac Sorting Equipment.
Originally from Portsmouth in the UK, Phillip will be busy organizing parts and equipment for projects, as well as assembling some of our turnkey projects.
He will also be responsible for receiving and dispatching parts and projects to customers.
“I’m excited about the role as it allows me to use a lot of my core skills and experience. EQM is very customer and quality focused and there is plenty of scope to grow the project side of the business based on EQM’s track record and the additional knowledge I’ve got.”
Anthony Bloxham said Phillip is a very welcome addition to the team and is already sharing his experience of working on fruit handling equipment manufacturing and assembly.
He’s already suggesting some smart ways of doing things as well as recommending new products to our range.”
